It’s been freezing in Los Angeles lately, and I’m honestly so glad I have my new EgoFit ComfortDeck
I have this walking pad set up right in my living room, and it’s honestly the only exercise I’ve been getting all winter. I’m currently trying to do a combination of keto and 10,000 steps a day as part of my routine, especially while dieting for the trip I just took to Bora Bora and my upcoming trip next week to Costa Rica.
There are many features I love about this walking pad, but the standout feature for me is absolutely the cushioned walking surface. Most walking pads don’t have this level of padding, and certainly not ones in the more affordable category. Many options on the market use a rigid, flat belt, whereas this one features a honeycomb-style cushioning system that helps reduce stress on your joints. That makes a huge difference, especially when you’re trying to log longer walking sessions to actually hit 10,000 steps a day.
Another feature I really appreciate is the built-in 3% incline, so I feel like at least I’m getting a little bit of glute action in there and an added boost to my workout, more than I might get just walking the flat streets of Los Angeles.
To make things more interesting, I usually watch TV during my workout, or Netflix, I mean, and since this walking pad is surprisingly quiet, I don’t need to jack up the volume at all. It’s very non-obtrusive, which I love. It’s also desk-friendly, slips easily under desks to hide away when not in use, and has a sleek, minimal design that actually works well in my living room without looking bulky or industrial.
On top of all that, the brand consistently ranks in the Top 100 on Amazon U.S., which definitely gave me extra confidence when choosing it.
